35 - وبخصوص إجراء المحاكمات الجنائية، لا سيما للأفراد المتهمين بموجب قانون مكافحة الإرهاب، لاحظت البعثة إخفاق المحاكم في كثير من الأحيان في الالتزام بمعايير المحاكمة العادلة، بل رفضها التحقيق في ادعاءات المتهمين بأن الاعترافات انتُزعت منهم تحت التعذيب أو تقييم صحة تلك الادعاءات.
