وبعد أن أجرى الأمين التنفيذي استعراضا دقيقا لجميع جوانب هذا الطلب خلص إلى القول بعدم ضرورة إدخال تصويب على مقرر مجلس الإدارة 105 وعدم وجود مبرر لاتخاذ إجراء عملا بالمادة 41 من القواعد فيما يتعلق بالمطالبة المعنية؛
