وكان قد طُلب الى اﻷمانة العامة أن تقوم على أساس مداولات الفريق العامل والنتائج التي توصل إليها، بإعداد مجموعة من اﻷحكام المنقحة، مع البدائل الممكنة لكي ينظر فيها الفريق العامل في دورة مقبلة.
