3. By decision 2/CP.17, the COP requested the TEC and the CTCN to establish procedures for preparing a joint annual report, and also requested the secretariat to make available such joint annual report for consideration by the COP through its subsidiary bodies.
3- وطلب مؤتمر الأطراف، في مقرره 2/م أ-17()، إلى اللجنة التنفيذية والمركز والشبكة أن يضعا إجراءات لإعداد تقرير سنوي مشترك، كما طلب إلى الأمانة أن تتيح هذا التقرير لكي ينظر فيه مؤتمر الأطراف من خلال هيئتيه الفرعيتين.

The SBSTA welcomed the input provided by Parties on information aspects of hydrofluorocarbons and perfluorocarbons, and agreed to recommend a draft decision at its seventeenth session for consideration by the COP at its eighth session.

Background: The COP, by its decision 2/CP.8, requested the secretariat to prepare the fifth compilation and synthesis of initial national communications from Parties not included in Annex I to the Convention (non-Annex I Parties) based on submissions received from such Parties between 1 June 2002 and 1 April 2003, and to make that report available for consideration by the COP at its ninth session.
8- خلفية المسألة: طلب مؤتمر الأطراف من الأمانة، في مقرره 2/م أ-8، أن تعد التقرير التجميعي والتوليفي الخامس للبلاغات الوطنية الأولية المقدمة من الأطراف غير المدرجة في المرفق الأول للاتفاقية، وذلك بناءً على البلاغات الواردة من هذه الأطراف خلال الفترة من 1 حزيران/يونيه 2002 إلى 1 نيسان/أبريل 2003، وأن تتيح هذا التقرير لكي ينظر فيه مؤتمر الأطراف في دورته التاسعة.

10. Prie le Secrétariat d'élaborer un projet de rapport d'évaluation des Centres régionaux dont la liste figure dans les annexes I et II de la présente décision et dans l'annexe I de la décision SC5/21, sur la base de la méthode mentionnée au paragraphe 5 plus haut, pour examen par la Conférence des Parties à sa septième réunion;
10 - يطلب إلى الأمانة أن تعد مشروع تقرير تقييمي للمراكز الإقليمية المدرجة في المرفقين الأول والثاني لهذا المقرر وفي المرفق الأول للمقرر ا س -5/21، استناداً إلى المنهجية المبينة في الفقرة 5 آنفاً، لكي ينظر فيه مؤتمر الأطراف إبان اجتماعه السابع؛

6. UNEP is requested to report on the progress of the work to the CST at the fifth session, for the consideration of the COP 5.
6- ويطلب إلى برنامج الأمم المتحدة للبيئة أن يقدم تقريرا إلى الدورة الخامسة للجنة العلم والتكنولوجيا عن التقدم المحرز في العمل ، لكي ينظر فيه مؤتمر الأطراف في دورته الخامسة.

Finally, the Working Group also requested the Secretariat to prepare a consolidated report for consideration by the Conference of the Parties at its seventh meeting.
وأخيراً طلب الفريق العامل أيضاً إلى الأمانة أن تعد تقريراً موحداً لكي ينظر فيه مؤتمر الأطراف في اجتماعه السابع.
