124. With reference to the Committee's general comment No. 2 (2002) on the role of independent national human rights institutions in the promotion and protection of the rights of the child, the Committee recommends that the State party establish an independent and effective national body with an explicit mandate to monitor and evaluate the progress achieved in the implementation of the Convention on the Rights of the Child.
124- بالإشارة إلى التقرير العام للجنة، رقم 2(2002)، بشأن دور مؤسسات حقوق الإنسان الوطنية المستقلة في تعزيز وحماية حقوق الطفل، توصي اللجنة بأن تقوم الدولة الطرف بإنشاء هيئة وطنية مستقلة وفعالة تسند إليها مهمة صريحة وهي القيام برصد وتقييم التقدم المحرز في تنفيذ اتفاقية حقوق الطفل.

303. The Committee recommends that the State party, taking into account its general comment No. 2 of 2002 (see CRC/GC/2002/2) on the role of independent national human rights institutions, undertake all effective measures to ensure that the Commission for Human Rights and Good Governance be easily accessible to, and user-friendly for, all children.
