13. Ms. BURKØ (Denmark), replying to the question raised in the second part of paragraph (d), said that, in connection with an arrest, the police are required to enter the following into their records: According to sections 758 and 760 of the Administration of Justice Act, the time of arrest and of release must be entered into the police report.
