2 - في حالة حدوث تغيير في القانون المعمول به في قضية معينة قبل صدور الحكم النهائي، يطبق القانون الأصلح للشخص محل التحقيق أو المقاضاة أو الإدانة.

7. Details and timing of information to be notified: It is usually specified that the notification should identify the nature of the practices under investigation and the legal provisions concerned, often with the addition that the notification should be sufficiently detailed to enable the party notified to evaluate the effects of the enforcement activity on its own interests.
7- تفاصيل وتوقيت المعلومات التي ينبغي الإخطار بها: عادة ما يُذكر تحديداً أن الإخطار ينبغي أن يحدد طبيعة الممارسات محل التحقيق والأحكام القانونية المعنية، ويُضاف في كثير الأحيان أن الإخطار ينبغي أن يكون مفصلاً تفصيلاً كافياً كيما يتسنى للطرف المتلقي للإخطار تقييم آثار نشاط الإنفاذ على مصالحه.

42. As stated in article 42, paragraph C, of the Code of Criminal Procedure (Act No. 35/61 of 5 June 1961), the examining magistrate is authorized to charge anyone who has committed, or been an accomplice to, the acts under investigation.
