Also requests the Administrator to submit to the Executive Board a revised third global programme together with a work plan, in full consultation with Member States, at its annual session of the Executive Board in June 2005 taking into account the Multi-Year Funding Framework 2004-2007 (DP2003/32) and the provision of the TCPR (A/RES/59/250) on, inter alia, national ownership and leadership of the development process; and

1. Requests the Administrator to present to the Executive Board for its consideration and approval at the first regular session 1998, an implementation strategy paper for each individual regional cooperation programme; the implementation strategy papers should incorporate the following elements:

1. In order to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of the UNDP mandate, requests the Administrator to present to the Executive Board, at its second regular session 2007, an all-inclusive report on the existing UNDP accountability framework and its monitoring and evaluation mechanisms.
1 - ضمانا لنهوض برنامج الأمم المتحدة الإنمائي بولايته على نحو يتسم بالكفاءة والفعالية، يطلب إلى مدير البرنامج أن يقدم إلى المجلس التنفيذي في دورته العادية الثانية لعام 2007 تقريرا شاملا عن الإطار الحالي للمسائلة في برنامج الأمم المتحدة الإنمائي وعن آليات الرصد والتقييم به.

Requests that the Administrator submit to the Executive Board for consideration at its annual session 2004 a written report containing an assessment, based on specific country examples, of UNDP experience in joint programming and other innovative and collaborative approaches aimed at improving programming effectiveness and reducing transaction costs for programme countries.
2 - يطلب إلى مدير البرنامج أن يقدم إلى المجلس التنفيذي في دورته السنوية لعام 2004 تقريرا خطيا للنظر فيه، يتضمن تقييما، يستند إلى أمثلة قطرية محددة، لخبرة برنامج الأمم المتحدة الإنمائي في البرمجة المشتركة والنهج الابتكارية والتعاونية الأخرى الرامية إلى تحسين فعالية البرمجة وخفض تكاليف المعاملات بالنسبة لبلدان البرنامج.
