١٦ - ورأى أن مسألة مساعدة الدول الثالثة المتضررة من تطبيق الجزاءات بمقتضى الفصل السابع من الميثاق من أهم البنود في جدول أعمال اللجنة الخاصة.

Given that the matter of assistance to third States affected by the application of sanctions under Chapter VII of the Charter had still not been settled, his delegation hoped that the Special Committee would redouble its efforts to arrive at a fair solution to that sensitive problem.

٦٤ - وقد نظرت اللجنة الخاصة أيضا في مسألة يوليها الوفد الهندي أهمية خاصة ألا وهي تطبيق المادة ٥٠ من الميثاق فيما يخص مساعدة الدول الثالثة المتضررة من تطبيق جزاءات بموجب الفصل السابع من الميثاق.
