424. The general principles relating to the rights of the child are observed in the provision of services and programmes for refugee children in Yemen, regardless of whether they are provided by UNHCR or by its implementing partners in the form of either the Government or community associations.
424- تراعى المبادئ العامة لحقوق الطفل عند تقديم الخدمات والبرامج للأطفال اللاجئين في اليمن سواء قدمت هذه البرامج من مفوضية الأمم المتحدة لشؤون اللاجئين أو الشركاء المنفذين من الحكومة والجمعيات الأهلية.

Where registration is carried out by UNHCR or other partners, the need for host States to be kept properly involved and informed throughout was highlighted.

25. 187. The general principles relating to the rights of the child are observed in the provision of services and programmes for refugee children in Yemen, regardless of whether the services and programmes are provided by UNHCR or by its implementing partners, i.e. Government agencies or community associations.
187- تراعي المبادئ العامة لحقوق الطفل عند تقديم الخدمات والبرامج للأطفال اللاجئين في اليمن سواء قدمت هذه البرامج من مفوضية الأمم المتحدة لشؤون اللاجئين أو الشركاء المنفذين من الحكومة والجمعيات الأهلية.

427. Programmes for refugee children, whether delivered by UNHCR or by implementing partners, observe the principle that refugee children must be involved in planning projects and programmes and in matters relating to the various aspects of their life, be it health, education or protection. UNHCR engages refugee children of both sexes as partners in the annual evaluation of these programmes and projects.
427- كما أن البرامج المقدمة للأطفال اللاجئين من قبل مفوضية الأمم المتحدة لشؤون اللاجئين أو الشركاء المنفذين تراعي مبدأ مشاركة الطفل اللاجئ عند التخطيط للمشاريع والبرامج وفي مختلف المسائل التي تتعلق بحياتهم المعيشية من صحة وتعليم وحماية وتقوم المفوضية بإشراك الأطفال اللاجئين من الجنسين عند التقييم السنوي لهذه البرامج والمشاريع.

(d) To set up independent oversight mechanisms for the monitoring of the detention of immigrants and to ensure access by UNHCR or its designated partners to detention facilities;
