Taking into account the significant number of Russian-speaking people living in Finland, the CoE Commissioner for Human Rights urged the Finnish authorities to thoroughly consider the recommendations of the ad hoc working group assigned by the Advisory Board for Ethnic Relations.
42- وإذ يأخذ مفوض مجلس أوروبا لحقوق الإنسان في الحسبان العدد الكبير للناطقين باللغة الروسية في فنلندا، فإنه يحث السلطات الفنلندية على النظر بتعمق في التوصيات التي قدمها الفريق العامل المخصص الذي أنشأه المجلس الاستشاري للعلاقات الإثنية.
