In its operative part the draft resolution calls upon States to conclude agreements, wherever possible, for nuclear non-proliferation, disarmament and confidence-building measures at the regional and subregional levels.
ويطلب مشروع القرار في منطوقه إلى الدول أن تقوم، كلما أمكن، بإبرام اتفاقات بشأن عدم اﻹنتشار النووي، ونزع السلاح، وتدابير بناء الثقة على الصعيدين اﻹقليمي ودون اﻹقليمي.

I have the honour to inform you that the Moroccan Government is deeply concerned at the draft resolution distributed to members of the Security Council in document S/1998/1011, particularly paragraph 6 thereof.
