٤- إذا قامت اﻷطراف مجتمعة بعمل ذلك في إطار منظمة للتكامل الاقتصادي اﻹقليمي وبالاشتراك معها، فإن أي تغيير يطرأ على تكوين تلك المنظمة بعد اعتماد هذا البروتوكول لا يمس الالتزامات القائمة بموجب هذا البروتوكول.

(a) States which are members of a regional economic integration organization may cooperate in the implementation of their commitments under this instrument.
)أ( للدول اﻷعضاء في منظمة للتكامل الاقتصادي الاقليمي أن تتعاون في تنفيذ التزاماتها بموجب هذا الصك.

يجوز لطرف يكون منظمة للتكامل الاقتصادي اﻹقليمي أن يصدر إعلانا له اﻷثر نفسه فيما يتعلق بالتحكيم وفقا للفقرة الفرعية )ب(.
