Pursuant to section 11 of the Agreement between the United Nations and the United States regarding the Headquarters of the United Nations, United States authorities shall not impose any impediments to transit to or from the Headquarters district of representatives of Member States.
وعملا بأحكام البند 11 من الاتفاق المعقود بين الأمم المتحدة والولايات المتحدة بشأن مقر الأمم المتحدة، لا تضع سلطات الولايات المتحدة أية عوائق أمام الانتقال من منطقة المقر وإليها أمام ممثلي الدول الأعضاء.

2. Under the Supplementary Agreement, the United Nations and the Carnegie Foundation would agree that articles II and IV of the Agreement between the United Nations and the Foundation would be amended, as indicated in the annex to the report of the Secretary-General.
٢ - وبموجب الاتفاق التكميلي، تتفق اﻷمم المتحدة ومؤسسة كارنيغي على تعديل المادتين الثانية والرابعة من الاتفاق المعقود بين اﻷمم المتحدة والمؤسسة، على النحو المبين في مرفق تقرير اﻷمين العام.

The act represents a gross violation of international law and is in direct contravention of article 2, paragraph 1, of the Agreement concluded between the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia and the Republic of Albania in Tirana on 27 June 1978 on measures to prevent and resolve incidents on the Yugoslav-Albanian border.
ويمثل هذا العمل انتهاكا جسيما للقانون الدولي ويتعارض تعارضا مباشرا مع أحكام الفقرة ١ من المادة ٢ من الاتفاق المعقود بين جمهورية يوغوسلافيا الاتحادية وجمهورية ألبانيا، في تيرانا، في ٢٧ حزيران/يونيه ١٩٧٨ والمتعلق بمنع وقوع حوادث على الحدود اليوغوسلافية - اﻷلبانية، وحلﱢها.

Invites the Bretton Woods institutions to prepare special reports and studies for the Council and the General Assembly on issues falling within their competence, in accordance with article V of the Agreement between the United Nations and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development and the International Monetary Fund;
" ١٢ - يدعو مؤسسات بريتون وودز إلى إعداد تقارير ودراسات خاصة للمجلس وللجمعية العامة عن القضايا المندرجة في اختصاصهما، وفقا للمادة الخامسة من الاتفاق المعقود بين اﻷمم المتحدة والبنك الدولي لﻹنشاء والتعمير وصندوق النقد الدولي؛

" 12. 5 - تشير إلى المادة الرابعة من الاتفاق المعقود بـين الأمم المتحدة والولايات المتحدة الأمريكية بشأن مقر الأمم المتحدة(3) وتلاحظ الشواغل التي أعربت عنها بعض الوفود بشأن رفض منح تأشيرات الدخول وتأخير منحها لممثلي الدول الأعضاء؛

5. Recalls article IV of the Agreement between the United Nations and the United States of America regarding the Headquarters of the United Nations,3 and notes the concerns expressed by some delegations concerning the denial and delay of entry visas to representatives of Member States;

As provided under Article 7 of the Agreement between the United Nations and the World Tourism Organization (General Assembly resolution 58/232 of 23 December 2003, annex), the World Tourism Organization shall submit to the United Nations regular reports on its activities.
وبموجب المادة 7 من الاتفاق المعقود بين الأمم المتحدة ومنظمة السياحة العالمية (قرار الجمعية العامة 58/232 المؤرخ 23 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2003، المرفق) تقدم منظمة السياحة العالمية إلى الأمم المتحدة تقارير منتظمة عن أنشطتها.

6. Notes also that the Committee anticipates that the host country will continue to ensure the issuance, in a timely manner, of entry visas to representatives of Member States, pursuant to article IV, section 11, of the Agreement between the United Nations and the United States of America regarding the Headquarters of the United Nations,3 inter alia, for the purpose of their attending official United Nations meetings;
