Each Party included in Annex I shall, prior to any transactions taking place for that commitment period, issue a quantity of AAUs equivalent to its assigned amount pursuant to Article 3, paragraphs 7 and 8, calculated and recorded in accordance with paragraphs to above, in its national registry.
23- يقوم كل طرف مدرج في المرفق الأول، قبل إتمام أية معاملات بالنسبة لفترة الالتزام المعنية، بإصدار كمية من وحدات الكميات المخصصة تعادل كميته المخصصة عملا بالفقرتين 7 و8 من المادة 3، والتي تُحسب وتُسجَّل وفقاً للفقرات من 5 إلى 10 أعلاه، في سجله الوطني.

The quantity of ERUs issued in accordance with paragraph 24 of the annex to decision -/CMP.1 (Article 6) on the basis of Article 6 projects, verified under the supervision of the Article 6 supervisory committee, and the corresponding quantities of AAUs and RMUs that were converted to ERUs;
(د) كمية وحدات خفض الانبعاثات الصادرة وفقاً للفقرة 24 من مرفق المقرر -/م أ إ-1 (المادة 6) على أساس مشروعات المادة 6، والمتحقق منها في إطار إشراف لجنة الإشراف على المادة 6، والكميات المقابلة من وحدات الكميات المخصصة ووحدات الإزالة التي تحولت إلى وحدات خفض الانبعاثات؛

(d) If the recalculation under sub-paragraph (c) above results in a portion which is smaller than the portion in the Party's commitment period reserve account, a number of [AAUs] [PAAs] corresponding to the difference may be transferred out of the reserve account.
(د) إذا أدت إعادة الحساب بموجب الفقرة الفرعية (ج) أعلاه إلى أن يكون هذا الجزء أقل من الجزء الموجود في حساب الاحتياطي لفترة التزام الطرف، يجوز نقل عدد من [وحدات الكميات المخصصة] [أجزاء من الكمية المخصصة] يناظر الفرق من خارج حساب الاحتياطي.
