By means of the same decision, the Conference invited all Governments, both Parties and non-Parties, and relevant organizations to submit to the secretariat their views and proposals on procedures and institutional mechanisms on noncompliance.

ولجنة الخبراء المعنية بالإدارة العامة مدعوّةٌ إلى استعراض هذه الأنشطة التي ترمي إلى مساعدة الحكومات الوطنية والمحلية على مجابهة تحدياتها الراهنة في مجالي الحوكمة العامة والإدارة العامة ومعالجة القضايا الناشئة في عالم معولم، كما أنها مدعوّةٌ إلى موافاة الأمانة العامة بآرائها في هذا الشأن.

It also invited Parties to make submissions to the secretariat on the same issues, taking into account the submissions referred to above.
ودعا الأطراف أيضاً إلى موافاة الأمانة بمعلومات عن القضايا نفسها، على أن تأخذ في اعتبارها المعلومات المشار إليها أعلاه.
