The Special Rapporteur urges all affected individuals and communities to continue to submit information about such cases to him.
كما يحث المقرر الخاص جميع المتضررين من أفراد ومجتمعات على مواصلة موافاته بالمعلومات عن مثل هذه الحالات.

In the case of Pearce Jordan, he asked the Government to send him the findings of the coroner's inquest and to inform him why it was decided not to prosecute any of the officers involved.
وفيما يتعلق ببيرس جوردان، طلب موافاته بنتائج التحقيق وبما إذا كان قد تقرر محاكمة أي فرد من أفراد الشرطة المشتركين في الحادث.

In the same communication, the Special Rapporteur requested the Government kindly to inform him whether a mission could take place before February 1997 and he proposed a meeting with the Permanent Representative of the People's Republic of China to discuss this matter, as well as other issues concerning his mandate.

This contribution was prepared pursuant to paragraph 12 of General Assembly resolution 67/94, by which the Secretary-General invites States to inform him of their views on measures taken to enhance the protection, security and safety of diplomatic and consular missions and representatives with diplomatic status to international intergovernmental organizations.

Finally, the Special Rapporteur calls on Governments, NGOs and other specialized organizations to provide him with information relating to the issue of HIV and access to information, in order for him to present recommendations to the Commission on Human Rights at its next session.

Accordingly, the Secretary-General, in a note verbale dated 30 April 1993, invited all States to communicate to him any relevant information they might wish to submit for inclusion in the report he was requested to prepare pursuant to paragraph 6 of Assembly resolution 47/83 and paragraph 26 of resolution 47/82.
