The actual acceptance of project-level contingencies by clients will be handled on a case-by-case basis, depending on clients' policies regarding contingencies and their willingness to embrace the use of contingency budgets as a best practice for project budgeting.
أما فيما يتعلق بمدى قبول الزبائن بالفعل لأن تكون هناك مثل هذه الميزانيات على مستوى المشاريع، فتلك مسألة سيتم تناولها على أساس كل حالة على حدة، اعتمادا على سياسات الزبائن تجاه ميزانيات الطوارئ ومدى استعدادهم لاستخدامها كإحدى أفضل الممارسات المتبعة في ميزنة المشاريع.

نهج منظم إزاء ميزنة المشاريع يؤدي بالنسبة لكل مشروع إلى حساب النقطة التي تتساوى فيها المخصصات مع التكاليف (عامل المشروع)

The programmatic lessons learned are organized into six themes: (a) project planning and project team structure; (b) governance and project management; (c) design and engineering; (d) procurement and contract management; (e) project budgeting, financial management, cost control and reporting; and (f) health and safety (A/68/352, para. 35).
