40. For its consideration of the substantive agenda item (item 3), the Expert Meeting had before it the following reports prepared by the UNCTAD secretariat:
40- وكان أمام الاجتماع بمناسبة نظره في البند الموضوعي من جدول الأعمال ( البند3)، التقريران التاليان اللذان أعدتهما أمانة الأونكتاد:

For its consideration of the substantive agenda item, the Expert Meeting had before it an issues paper prepared by the UNCTAD secretariat entitled: " Mainstreaming gender in order to promote opportunities " (TD/B/COM.3/EM.14/2).
72- عُرضت على اجتماع الخبراء لأغراض نظره في البند الموضوعي من جدول الأعمال ورقة قضايا أعدتها أمانة الأونكتاد بعنوان " مراعاة منظور الجنس في الأنشطة الرئيسية بغية النهوض بالفرص " (TD/B/COM.3/EM.14/2).

57. For its consideration of the substantive agenda item (item 3), the Expert Meeting had before it a note by the UNCTAD secretariat entitled " Impact of cross-border mergers and acquisitions on development and policy issues for consideration " (TD/B/COM.1/EM.7/2).
57- كان معروضاً على اجتماع الخبراء عند نظره في البند الموضوعي من جدول الأعمال (البند 3)، مذكرة أعدتها أمانة الأونكتاد بعنوان " أثر عمليات الاندماج والشراء عبر الحدود في قضايا التنمية والسياسة العامة المطروحة للبحث " (TD/B/COM.1/EM.7/2).

56. For its consideration of the substantive agenda item (item 3), the Expert Meeting had before it a report by the UNCTAD secretariat entitled " Electronic commerce and tourism: new perspectives and challenges for developing countries " (TD/B/COM.3/EM.9/2).
55- كان معروضاً على اجتماع الخبراء عند نظره في البند الموضوعي من جدول الأعمال (البند 3)، تقرير أعدته أمانة الأونكتاد بعنوان " التجارة الإلكترونية والسياحة: آفاق وتحديات جديدة أمام البلدان النامية " (TD/B/COM.3/EM.9/2).

31. For its consideration of the substantive agenda item (item 3), the Expert Meeting had before it a note by the UNCTAD secretariat entitled " Foreign portfolio investment and foreign direct investment: characteristics, similarities, complementarities and differences, policy implications and development impact " (TD/B/COM.2/EM.6/2).
31- كان معروضا على اجتماع الخبراء، لدى نظره في البند الموضوعي من جدول الأعمال (البند 3)، مذكرة من أمانة الأونكتاد بعنوان " الاستثمار الأجنبي في الحوافظ المالية والاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر: الخصائص وأوجه التشابه والتكامل والاختلاف والآثار على مستوى السياسة العامة والأثر الإنمائي " (TD/B/COM.2/EM.6/2).
