The Financial Analysis Unit shall also be responsible for locating and tracing property of economic interest obtained in the crimes defined in this Law or relating to the financing of terrorism.
كما تقع على وحدة التحليل المالي مسؤولية اكتشاف وتتبع الممتلكات ذات الأهمية الاقتصادية التي تتأتى من جرائم محددة في هذا القانون أو متعلقة بتمويل الإرهاب.

to carry out any other functions prescribed for it under any of the other provisions of this Act or under any other written law; and
`5` الاضطلاع بأي مهام أخرى تُسند إليه بموجب أية أحكام أخرى يتضمنها هذا القانون أو أي قانون مدون آخر؛

Action is in progress with a view to updating this Act or eliminating it from Benin’s arsenal of laws for the protection of women.
وثمة إجراءات قائمة في هذه الأيام من أجل تحديث هذا القانون أو إلغائه من مجموعة التشريعات البننية المتعلقة بحماية المرأة.

(ii) a forfeiture order is proposed to be made against that property under this Act or any other enactment.
`2 ' إذا اقترح إصدار أمر مصادرة بشأن هذه الأموال بموجب هذا القانون أو بموجب أي تشريع آخر.

If such an act is an offence under this Act or any other prevailing law, the punishment imposed thereunder shall be added to such punishment.
وإذا كان هذا الفعل يشكل جريمة بموجب هذا القانون أو أي قانون نافذ آخر، تضاف العقوبة المفروضة بموجبه إلى هذه العقوبة.

(i) there is in force in respect of that property a forfeiture order under the Act or under any other enactment; and
`1 ' إذا كان هناك أمر بالمصادرة ساري المفعول بشأن هذه الأموال صادر بموجب هذا القانون أو بموجب أي تشريع آخر؛

l. to perform such other function as may be assigned by this or any other Act or such other functions as may be assigned by the Minister.
ل - أداء وظائف أخرى كما قد يخصصها هذا القانون أو أي قانون آخر أو وظائف أخرى كما قد يخصصها الوزير.

The commission can review any law or branch of law and recommend ways and measures necessary in which that law or branch of the Law can be improved, or made simpler and be brought up date in line with human rights and the current circumstances of Tanzania.
ويجوز للجنة مراجعة أي قانون أو فرع من فروع القانون والتوصية بالطرق والإجراءات اللازمة لتحسين هذا القانون أو فرع من فروعه، أو تبسيطه وتحديثه بما يتوافق مع حقوق الإنسان والظروف الراهنة في تنزانيا.

32. Article 12.1 of the Agreement states that the Extraordinary Chambers shall apply Cambodian procedural law, except where there is a gap in such law or where there is an uncertainty or an inconsistency with international standards.
32 - تنص المادة 12-1 من الاتفاق على أن تطبق الدوائر الاستثنائية قانون المرافعات الكمبودي، باستثناء الحالات التي يوجد فيها ثغرة في هذا القانون أو في حالات عدم اليقين أو المنافاة للمعايير الدولية.

In view of their seriousness, several other offences included in this Code or in other laws seem to have been envisaged as being a threat to humanity, in particular:
ونظرا لخطورة بعض الأعمال الإجرامية الأخرى الواردة في هذا القانون أو في غيره من القوانين المشابهة يبدو أنه نُص عليها باعتبارها مضرة بالإنسانية، وهي بخاصة:

" 2. Impose the related penalties specified in the present Code or order reparation or compensation;
" 2- لتوقيع العقوبات الفرعية المنصوص عليها في هذا القانون أو الحكم بالرد والتعويض؛

76. That right may only be restricted temporarily and on grounds established by the present Act or by other legislative instruments of the Republic of Belarus.
٦٧- ولا يجوز تقييد هذا الحق إلا بصفة مؤقتة وﻷسباب حددها هذا القانون أو تحددها صكوك تشريعية أخرى سارية في جمهورية بيلاروس.
