تدعو الحكومات، لدى قيامها بتطوير خطط التنفيذ الخاصة بها على النحو الذي دُعي إليه في المادة 7 من الاتفاقية، إلى تحديد المجالات والقضايا، إضافة إلى تلك الواردة في المرفق لهذا المقرر التي قد تحتاج فيها للمساعدة التقنية وإحالة هذه المعلومات إلى الأمانة في موعد غايته 31 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2004؛

To continue to meet the eligibility requirements referred to in paragraph 31 above unless and until the enforcement branch of the Compliance Committee decides that the Party does not meet one or more of the eligibility requirements, has suspended the Party's eligibility, and has transmitted this information to the secretariat.

(b) To request the parties named above, in the event that information required to support their requests for the revision of their hydrochlorofluorocarbon baseline data was confidential, to provide such information to the Secretariat, which would report on it to the Committee, ensuring its confidentiality.
(ب) تطلب إلى الأطراف المذكورة أعلاه، إذا كانت المعلومات المطلوبة لدعم طلباتها بتنقيح بياناتها المرجعية بشأن مركب الكربون الهيدروكلوري فلوري سرية، أن تقدم هذه المعلومات إلى الأمانة التي ستفيد بها اللجنة وتحافظ على سريتها.

(c) To request those parties, in case confidentiality issues prevented them from disclosing information in support of their requests for HCFC baseline changes, to provide such information to the Secretariat, which would ensure the confidentiality of the information when reporting to the Implementation Committee;

Recognizing that needs and circumstances will change over time at the global, regional, subregional and national levels, Parties are invited, when developing and implementing their national implementation plans as called for in Article 7 of the Convention, to identify areas and issues not covered in paragraph 10 above for which they may require technical assistance, and to transmit that information to the Secretariat.
11- إدراكاً من الأطراف أن الحاجات والظروف تتغير بمرور الزمن على الصعد العالمية والإقليمية ودون الإقليمية والوطنية، فإنها مدعوة، لدى قيامها بوضع وتنفيذ خطط التنفيذ الوطنية الخاصة بها بحسب ما تدعو إليه المادة 7 من الاتفاقية، إلى تحديد المجالات والقضايا التي لا تغطيها الفقرة 10 آنفا، والتي قد تحتاج بشأنها إلى مساعدة، وأن تحيل هذه المعلومات إلى الأمانة.

As part of that process, the Committee had invited Governments, when developing their implementation plans as called for in Article 7 of the Convention, to identify areas and issues in addition to those contained in the annex to decision INC-7/8 with which they might require technical assistance and to transmit that information to the Secretariat by 31 December 2004.
وقد قامت اللجنة، كجزء من هذه العملية، بدعوة الحكومات، عند قيامها بوضع خططها للتنفيذ الوطنية على النحو المطلوب في المادة 7 من الاتفاقية، إلى تحديد مجالات وقضايا قد تحتاج من أجلها إلى مساعدة تقنية بالإضافة إلى تلك الواردة في مرفق المقرر لجنة التفاوض الحكومية الدولية 7/8، وأن تحيل هذه المعلومات إلى الأمانة قبل 31 كانون الأول/ ديسمبر 2004.
