15. In the comprehensive reviews of the conditions of service and the pension benefits of the judges undertaken in 2001 and 2006, the Secretary-General shared the concerns expressed by the two Tribunals that the existing disparity between the pension benefits of the members of the Court results in discrimination against the judges of the Tribunals not warranted by the statutes of the Tribunals.
