٢٣ ـ واعتمد المجلس الاقتصادي والاجتماعي القرار ٣٩٩١/٨٣ المؤرخ ٧٢ تموز/يوليه ٣٩٩١ على أساس نتائج مؤتمر نظمته الهيئة وفريق بومبيدو، التابع لمجلس أوروبا، لاستعراض مدى تسرب المؤثرات العقلية الى القنوات غير المشروعة.

4. the Economic and Social Council adopted a set of far-reaching agreed conclusions at its coordination segment in 1995 (Agreed Conclusions 1995/1), by which it launched a coordinated approach to the conference follow-up by the United Nations system and made that goal a major thrust of its work.
٤ - واعتمد المجلس الاقتصادي والاجتماعي مجموعة من الاستنتاجات المتفق عليها الواسعة النطاق، في الجزء المتعلق بالتنسيق من دورة المجلس )الاستنتاجات المتفق عليها ١٩٩٥/١(، بدأ بها نهجا منسقا في متابعة منظومة اﻷمم المتحدة للمؤتمرات، وجعل من ذلك الهدف توجها رئيسيا في أعماله.
