9. As provided by General Assembly resolution 48/263 and the 1994 Agreement itself, the provisions of the 1994 Agreement and Part XI of the Convention are to be interpreted and applied together as a single instrument.

11. As provided by resolution 48/263 and the 1994 Agreement itself, the provisions of the 1994 Agreement and Part XI of the Convention are to be interpreted and applied together as a single instrument.
11 - وعلى نحو ما يرد في القرار 48/263 واتفاق عام 1994 ذاته، يجري تفسير وتطبيق أحكام اتفاق عام 1994 والجزء الحادي عشر من الاتفاقية، مشفوعين أحدهما بالآخر بوصفهما صكا واحدا.

2. In accordance with the Agreement relating to the Implementation of Part XI of the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea of 10 December 1982, the provisions of the Agreement and Part XI of the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea of 10 December 1982 shall be interpreted and applied together as a single instrument.
٢ - وفقا للاتفاق المتعلق بتنفيذ الجزء الحادي عشر من اتفاقية اﻷمم المتحدة لقانون البحار المؤرخة ١٠ كانون اﻷول/ ديسمبر ١٩٨٢، تفسر أحكام الاتفاق والجزء الحادي عشر من اتفاقية اﻷمم المتحدة لقانون البحار المؤرخة ١٠ كانون اﻷول/ ديسمبر ١٩٨٢ وتطبق معا بوصفهما صكا واحدا.

14. Reaffirms section VIII of General Assembly resolution 53/221 of 7 April 1999, section IX of resolution 55/258 of 14 June 2001, section V of resolution 57/305 of 15 April 2003 and section XI of resolution 59/266 of 23 December 2004;
