Decides to adopt the Basic Principles and guidelines on the Right to a Remedy and Reparation for Victims of Violations of International Human Rights and Humanitarian Law as follows:

1. Basic principles and guidelines on the right to reparation for victims of gross violations of human rights and humanitarian law.

أولا- المبادئ اﻷساسية والخطوط التوجيهية بشأن حق ضحايا الانتهاكات الجسيمة لحقوق اﻹنسان والقانون اﻹنساني في الجبر

It should be noted that a new title was proposed to reflect the contents of the revised document: Basic principles and guidelines on the right to reparation for victims of gross violations of human rights and humanitarian law.
وتجدر الاشارة الى اقتراح عنوان جديد يقصد به التعبير عن مضمون الوثيقة المنقحة: المبادئ اﻷساسية والخطوط التوجيهية بشأن حق ضحايا الانتهاكات الجسيمة لحقوق الانسان والقانون الانساني في الجبر.

Reference was made to the current efforts to draft basic principles and guidelines on the right to a remedy and reparation for victims of violations of international human rights and international humanitarian law.
