ثانياً : 1- الإسراع في استكمال الإجراءات المتعلقة بإقرار " اتفاقية تنظيم نقل الركاب على الطرق فيما بين الدول العربية وعبرها " في إطار الجهات المعنية بجامعة الدول العربية، لتسهيل حركة انتقال المواطنين والسائحين بين الدول العربية.
