15. At the ninetysecond session, the Working Group on Communications was composed of Mr. Bhagwati, Mr. Johnson Lopez, Mr. O'Flaherty, Ms. Palm, Mr. Rivas Posada, Mr. Shearer, Mr. Iwasawa, Mr. Kälin, Ms. Motoc and Sir Nigel Rodley.

With reference to the fifth subparagraph of part E, he welcomed the proposal to institutionalize follow-up missions to States parties, and endorsed the relevant remarks made by Mr. O'Flaherty and Sir Nigel Rodley.

Mr. O'Flaherty said that he, Ms. Chanet, Sir Nigel Rodley, Mr. Salvioli and members of the secretariat had paid a visit to the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg and had met with the President of the Court and three judges.

According to the State party, the individual opinions of Mr. Solari Yrigoyen, Sir Nigel Rodley and Mrs. Wedgwood, demonstrate that the author had failed to substantiate her claims on her exclusion from the Tashkent State Eastern Languages Institute, and also that her claims on the wearing of the hijab were contradictory.

After a discussion in which Mr. AMOR, Mr. LALLAH, Ms. CHANET, Mr. KLEIN, Mr. SOLARI YRIGOYEN, Mr. YALDEN and Sir Nigel Rodley took part, Mr. KLEIN (Rapporteur) said that the issue of cooperation with NGOs had been an important part of the meeting with States parties and should be reflected in the annual report.
106- بعد مناقشة اشترك فيها السيد عمر والسيد لالاه والسيدة شانيه والسيد كلاين والسيد سولاري يريغوين والسيد يالدين والسير نايجل رودلي قال السيد كلاين (المقرر) إن قضية التعاون مع المنظمات غير الحكومية هي جزء مهم من الاجتماع مع الدول الأطراف ويجب أن يظهر شيء عنها في التقرير السنوي.

Mr. MALEYOMBO (Central African Republic) confirmed that he and Sir Nigel Rodley had been talking about the same case, namely the arrest of Mr. Maka Gbossokotto, the editorinchief of the daily newspaper, Le Citoyen.
