In this respect, the development of internationally agreed rules and standards, such as international conventions and other legal instruments agreed under the auspices of the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL) and other relevant bodies, as well as their implementation at national levels, is required to bring about genuine benefits to traders and help reduce legal, administrative and transaction costs.
