Decides to review at the ordinary meetings of the conferences of the Parties in 2013, in accordance with the timetable contained in the annex to the present decision, how far the arrangements adopted pursuant to the synergies decisions, in particular on joint activities, joint managerial functions and joint services, have contributed to achieving the following objectives:
1 - يقرر أن يستعرض في الاجتماعات العادية لمؤتمرات الأطراف في عام 2013، وفقاً للجدول الزمني الوارد في مرفق هذا المقرر، مدى مساهمة الترتيبات المعتمدة وفقاً لمقررات التآزر، ولاسيما الترتيبات المتعلقة بالأنشطة المشتركة والوظائف الإدارية المشتركة والخدمات المشتركة، في تحقيق الأهداف التالية:

Review mechanism: As requested in the omnibus decisions, detailed terms of reference for a report by the secretariats that will facilitate efforts by the three conferences of the parties to review the implementation of joint activities, joint managerial functions and joint services will be presented for adoption by those conferences of the parties in 2011.
31 - آلية الاستعراض: حسبما طلبته القرارات الجامعة، ستُقدم اختصاصات مفصّلة لتقرير تُعدُّه الأمانات يُيسر جهود المؤتمرات الثلاثة للأطراف لاستعراض تنفيذ الأنشطة المشتركة والوظائف الإدارية المشتركة والخدمات المشتركة إلى مؤتمرات الأطراف هذه في عام 2011 بغية اعتمادها.

Agreed outcomes of the meeting include, among other things, continued efforts to implement joint activities relevant to cross-cutting issues within the secretariats' approved programmes of work (including technical assistance, regional centres, technical and scientific matters and public awareness and outreach) and joint managerial functions (including the establishment of a joint head of the three secretariats for a period of two years).
