27- وينبغي للدولة الطرف أن تنشر على نطاق واسع العهد ونص التقرير الدوري الثاني وردودها الخطية على قائمة القضايا التي وضعتها اللجنة وهذه الملاحظات الختامية بهدف إذكاء وعي السلطات القضائية والتشريعية والإدارية والمجتمع المدني والمنظمات غير الحكومية العاملة في البلد، فضلاً عن عامة الناس.

(16) The State party should widely publicize the text of its second periodic report, the written answers it has provided in response to the list of issues drawn up by the Committee and, in particular, the present concluding observations.
(16) على الدولة الطرف أن تنشر على أوسع نطاق نصَّ تقريرها الدوري الثاني وردودها الخطية على قائمة المسائل التي وضعتها اللجنة، فضلاً عن هذه الملاحظات الختامية بصفة خاصة.

31- وينبغي للدولة الطرف أن تنشر، على نطاق واسع، العهد ونص التقرير الدوري الثالث وردودها الخطية على قائمة المسائل التي وضعتها اللجنة وهذه الملاحظات الختامية بهدف إذكاء وعي السلطات القضائية والتشريعية والإدارية والمجتمع المدني والمنظمات غير الحكومية العاملة في البلد وكذلك عامة الناس.

It is concerned at reports according to which Indonesians of Chinese descent were specifically targeted, and at the contradictory information provided by the State party in its report and its written replies in this respect.
وتشعر اللجنة بقلق خاص إزاء التقارير التي تفيد بأن إندونيسيين من أصل صيني استهدفوا بصفة خاصة، وأن الدولة الطرف قدمت في هذا الصدد معلومات متناقضة في تقاريرها وردودها الخطية.

9. The Committee takes note of the explanation given in the report of the State party and in its written replies to the list of issues as to why the Convention has not been formally incorporated into the domestic legal system.
