17- يجب على اللجنة المعنية بالقضاء على التمييز ضد المرأة أن تلتزم السرية في إبلاغ الدولة الطرف المدّعى عليها بأي بلاغ تتلقاه (المادة 6 من البروتوكول الاختياري) وأن تقوم بذلك " بمجرد ورود البلاغ " (المادة 69(1) من النظام الداخلي).
