1. At its ninth session, the General Conference decided to create a special account for certain activities under Buildings Management Services (BMS) and a special account for the Regular Programme of Technical Cooperation (RPTC) that would not be subject to financial regulations 4.2(b) and 4.2(c) (GC.9/Dec.14).
مقدّمة 1- قرّر المؤتمر العام في دورته التاسعة أن ينشئ حسابا خاصا لأنشطة معيّنة في إطار خدمات المباني وحسابا خاصا للبرنامج العادي للتعاون التقني لا يخضعان لأحكام البندين 4-2 (ب) و4-2 (ج) من النظام المالي (م ع-9/م-14).

(c) Decided to create a special account for certain activities under Buildings Management Services and a special account for the Regular Programme of Technical Cooperation that would not be subject to financial regulations 4.2(b) and 4.2(c), it being understood that the Secretariat would strive to utilize to the fullest extent possible the funds budgeted for each biennium.
(ج) قرّر أن ينشئ حسابا خاصا لأنشطة معينة في إطار دائرة إدارة المباني وحسابا خاصا للبرنامج العادي للتعاون التقني، لا يخضعان لأحكـام البندين 4-2 (ب) و4-2 (ج) من النظام المالي، على أن تعمل الأمانة جاهدة على استغلال الأموال المرصودة في الميزانية لكل فترة سنتين على أتم وجه ممكن.

The Assembly decided also to appropriate the amount of $8,771,000 gross ($8,443,000 net) for the period from 16 June to 15 December 1993 and requested the Secretary-General to establish a special account for the Force.
وقررت الجمعية العامــة أيضــا أن ترصد مبلغا إجماليه ٠٠٠ ٧٧١ ٨ دولار )صافيه ٠٠٠ ٤٤٣ ٨ دولار( للفترة من ١٦ حزيران/يونيه إلى ١٥ كانون اﻷول/ديسمبر ١٩٩٣ وطلبت إلى اﻷمين العام أن ينشئ حسابا خاصا للقوة.

8. Decides also to appropriate the amount of 8,771,000 United States dollars gross (8,443,000 dollars net) for the period from 16 June to 15 December 1993, and, accordingly, requests the Secretary-General to establish a special account for the United Nations Peace-keeping Force in Cyprus in accordance with paragraph 29 of his report; 1/
٨ - تقرر أيضا تخصيص مبلغ إجمالي قدره ٠٠٠ ٧٧١ ٨ من دولارات الولايات المتحدة )صافيه ٠٠٠ ٤٤٣ ٨ دولار( للفترة من ١٦ حزيران/يونيه الى ١٥ كانون اﻷول/ديسمبر ١٩٩٣، وعلى ذلك تطلب الى اﻷمين العام أن ينشئ حسابا خاصا لقوة اﻷمم المتحدة لحفظ السلم في قبرص وفقا للفقرة ٢٩ من تقريره)١(؛

12. The General Assembly is requested to grant the Secretary-General authority to enter into commitments with assessment, in an amount of $205.4 million, inclusive of the amount of $50 million already authorized by the Advisory Committee on Administrative and Budgetary Questions, pursuant to the provisions of section IV of General Assembly resolution 49/233 A, and to establish a special account for the Mission to record income and expenditures.

2. The General Assembly, by its resolution 47/236 of 14 September, decided, inter alia, that the costs of UNFICYP for the period from 16 June 1993 that are not covered by voluntary contributions should be treated as expenses of the Organization to be borne by Member States in accordance with Article 17, paragraph 2, of the Charter of the United Nations and requested the Secretary-General to establish a special account for the Force.
٢ - وكانت الجمعية العامة، بقرارها ٤٧/٢٣٦ المؤرخ في ١٤ أيلول/سبتمبر، قد قررت، في جملة أمور، أنه ينبغي معاملة تكاليف القوة عند الفترة من ١٦ حزيران/يونيه ١٩٩٣ التي لا تغطيها التبرعات، بوصفها مصروفات للمنظمة تتحملها الدول اﻷعضاء وفقا للفقرة ٢ من المادة ١٧ من ميثاق اﻷمم المتحدة وطلبت الى اﻷمين العام أن ينشئ حسابا خاصا للقوة.
