It also reiterates the requirement that States parties must establish legal protection of the rights of women on an equal basis with men and further requires that the effective protection of women from any act of discrimination must be ensured through national tribunals and other public institutions which are competent to adjudicate complaints.
كما أنها تشترط مجددا على الدول اﻷطراف وجوب إيجاد حماية قانونية لحقوق المرأة بالتساوي مع الرجل، وتشترط أيضا أن تضمن المحاكم وغيرها من المؤسسات العامة المختصة في البلد الحماية الفعالة للمرأة من أي عمل تمييزي.
