2. At its 2974th meeting (CCPR/C/SR.2974), held on 26 March 2013, the Human Rights Committee adopted the following concluding observations, pending submission of the State party's initial report and the Committee's examination of that report.

It submits that the Committee incorrectly took the view that the author had informed the State party of the reasons why he left while it is obvious from the author's comments and the Committee's elaboration in previous paragraphs that the author did not inform the government of Croatia but the Government of the Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia about the reasons for his departure.
