I have the honour to convey to you hereunder the views of the State of Kuwait on the agreements reached at the recent Arab Summit Conference.
يسرني أن أحيطكم علما برؤية دولة الكويت لما تم الاتفاق عليه في مؤتمر القمة العربي الأخير وذلك على النحو التالي:

In this context, they also reaffirmed their support for the Arab Peace Initiative, endorsed by the Arab Summit Conference since March 2002.
وأعادوا في هذا السياق التأكيد أيضا على دعمهم لمبادرة السلام العربية التي أيدها مؤتمر القمة العربي منذ آذار/مارس 2002.

The Arab Peace Initiative, which was endorsed by the 2002 Arab Summit in Beirut and reaffirmed by the Arab Summit Conference held this year in Damascus, reflects the desire of Arabs to achieve a just and comprehensive peace and is a sound foundation for the achievement of this peace in a manner that is in line with resolutions of international legitimacy.
إن مبادرة السلام العربية التي أقرها مؤتمر القمة العربية في بيروت عام 2002، وأعاد التأكيد عليها مؤتمر القمة العربية في دمشق عام 2008، تعكس إرادة العرب في تحقيق السلام العادل والشامل، وتشكل أساسا سليما لتحقيق هذا السلام، بما ينسجم وقرارات الشرعية الدولية.

Referring to the content of the Final Communiqué of the Arab Summit Conference held in Cairo from 21 to 23 July 1996,
● إذ يشير إلى ما تضمنه البيان الختامي لمؤتمر القمة العربي المنعقد في القاهرة من ٢١ إلى ٢٣/٧/١٩٩٦،

In this context, they also reaffirm their support for the Arab Peace Initiative endorsed by the Arab Summit Conference in March 2002.
وفي هذا السياق، يعيدون أيضا تأكيد دعمهم لمبادرة السلام العربية التي أقرها مؤتمر القمة العربي في آذار/مارس 2002.

The leaders request the Secretary-General of the League of Arab States to monitor the issue of the Iranian occupation of the islands belonging to the United Arab Emirates and to submit a report on the matter to the next Arab Summit Conference.
ويكلف القادة الأمين العام لجامعة الدول العربية، متابعة قضية الاحتلال الإيراني لجزر دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة، وتقديم تقرير عنها إلى مؤتمر القمة العربي المقبل.

The leaders request the Secretary-General of the League of Arab States to monitor the issue of the Iranian occupation of the islands belonging to the United Arab Emirates and to submit a report thereon to the next Arab Summit Conference.
ويكلف القادة الأمين العام لجامعة الدول العربية بمتابعة قضية الاحتلال الإيراني لجزر دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة، وتقديم تقرير عنها إلى مؤتمر القمة العربي المقبل.

The Arab Summit Conference, meeting in Cairo from 21 to 23 June 1996, decides:
يقرر مؤتمر القمة العربي المنعقد بالقاهرة في الفترة من ٥-٧ صفر ٧١٤١ﻫ الموافق ١٢-٣٢ حزيران/ يونيه ٦٩٩١م:

Proceeding from the Declaration of the Arab Summit Conference held in Cairo from 21 to 23 June 1996,
وانطلاقا مما جاء في بيان مؤتمر القمة العربي بالقاهرة ٢١-٢٣/٦/١٩٩٦،

:: The Arab Summit Conference in Cairo (1996) resolved in principle to establish the Arab Court of Justice and charged Arab leaders and Ministers of Foreign Affairs with completion of the final draft of its Statutes.
- وافق مؤتمر القمة العربي في القاهرة سنة 1996 من حيث المبدأ على إنشاء محكمة العدل العربية وكلف القادة العرب وزراء الخارجية باستكمال الصيغة النهائية لمشروع النظام الأساسي للمحكمة.

The Ministers recalled the honest and sincere initiatives taken and the repeated calls issued to the Islamic Republic of Iran by the United Arab Emirates, the members of the Gulf Cooperation Council, the Damascus Declaration States, the Council of the League of Arab States and, most recently, the Arab Summit Conference.
واستذكر الوزراء المبادرات والدعوات المتكررة الجادة والصادقة الموجهة الى الجمهورية اﻹسلامية اﻹيرانية من دولة اﻹمارات العربية المتحدة ومجلس التعاون ودول إعلان دمشق ومجلس جامعة الدول العربية، وآخرها الدعوة الموجهة من مؤتمر القمة العربي.

Arab Bank for Economic Development in Africa (BADEA) BADEA was established following a resolution of the sixth Arab Summit Conference at Algiers on 28 November 1973 and began its operations in March 1975.
تأسَّس المصرف العربي للتنمية الاقتصادية في أفريقيا بمقتضى قرار من مؤتمر القمة العربي السادس الذي عُقد في الجزائر في 28 تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر 1973، وبدأ عملياته في آذار/مارس 1975.

Recalling resolution 189 adopted by the Arab Summit Conference at its extraordinary session held in Baghdad from 28 to 30 May 1990,
- وإذ يستذكر القرار رقم ١٨٩ الصادر عن مؤتمر القمة العربية في دورته غير العادية ببغداد )٢٨ - ٣٠ أيار/ مايو ١٩٩٠(،

Letter dated 6 April (S/2001/342) from the representative of Jordan addressed to the Secretary-General, transmitting the final communiqué of the Thirteenth Arab Summit Conference, held at Amman on 28 and 29 March 2001, and the Amman Declaration.

Having taken note of the memorandum of the General Secretariat, the final report of the Arab Summit Conference held in Cairo from 21 to 23 June 1996 and the recommendation of the Political Affairs Committee,
