UPHOLDING the Batam Joint Statement, adopted on 2 August 2005 by the Fourth Tripartite Ministerial Meeting of the Littoral States on the Straits of Malacca and Singapore,
إذ يؤيد بيان باتام المشترك، الذي اعتمده الاجتماع الوزاري الثلاثي الرابع للدول المشاطئة لمضيقي ملقا وسنغافورة في 2 آب/أغسطس 2005،

23. A transit centre for repatriation with a capacity for some 200 persons will be created in Batam to separate candidates for voluntary repatriation from the rest of the camp population.
٣٢ - وسينشأ في باتام مركز عبور للعودة الى الوطن يتسع لنحو ٠٠٢ شخص من أجل فصل الراغبين في العودة الطوعية الى الوطن عن باقي اللاجئين المقيمين في المخيم.

وإذ يدعم بيان باتام المشترك، الذي اعتمده الاجتماع الوزاري الثلاثي الرابع للدول المشاطئة لمضيقي مالاكا وسنغافورة، في 2 آب/أغسطس 2005 والذي، في جملة أمور:

We have the honour to inform you that the Government of the Republic of Indonesia, the Government of Malaysia and the Government of the Republic of Singapore met in Batam, on 1 and 2 August 2005, to discuss matters pertaining to the safety of navigation, environmental protection and maritime security in the Straits of Malacca and Singapore.
يشرفنا أن نبلغكم بأن حكومة جمهورية إندونيسيا وحكومة جمهورية سنغافورة وحكومة ماليزيا قد اجتمعت في باتام بماليزيا يومي 1 و 2 آب/أغسطس 2005 لمناقشة المسائل ذات الصلة بسلامة الملاحة البحرية وحماية البيئة والأمن البحري في مضيقي ملقا وسنغافورة.

The meeting unanimously adopted the Batam joint ministerial statement on the Straits of Malacca and Singapore (see annex I), in which the three countries acknowledged the role that the State users of the Straits and relevant international agencies could play in respect of the Straits.
واعتمد الاجتماع بالإجماع بيان باتام الوزاري المشترك بشأن مضيقي ملقا وسنغافورة (انظر المرفق الأول)، الذي أقرت فيه البلدان الثلاثة بالدور الذي يمكن أن تؤديه الدول التي تستخدم هذين المضيقين والوكالات الدولية المعنية في احترام المضيقين.

" In Harare, Zimbabwe, police have initiated " Operation No to Prostitution " , in which undercover female police officers pose as prostituted women in order to target and discourage potential prostitute-users.
