4.3 The provisions of articles 2.2 and 2.3 above shall apply if, upon the termination of the period of leave without pay, the Pension Fund participant ceases to be a Pension Fund participant and continues to be a participant of the OPCW Pension Scheme, and the former Pension Fund participant makes an election in writing to that effect within one year of the termination of the period of leave without pay.
4-3 تُطبَّق أحكام المادتين 2-2 و 2-3 الواردة أعلاه إذا قام مشترك صندوق المعاشات التقاعدية، عند انتهاء فترة الإجازة بدون مرتب، بوقف اشتراكه في الصندوق ومواصلة اشتراكه في مخطط المعاشات التقاعدية في منظمة حظر الأسلحة الكيميائية، وقدم مشترك صندوق المعاشات التقاعدية طلباً كتابياً بهذا المعنى في غضون سنة واحدة من انتهاء فترة الإجازة بدون مرتب.

4.5 The provisions of articles 3.2 and 3.3 above shall apply if, upon the termination of the period of leave without pay, the OPCW Pension Scheme participant ceases to be a participant in the Pension Scheme and continues to be a Pension Fund participant and the former participant in the OPCW Pension Scheme makes an election in writing to that effect within one year of the termination of the period of leave without pay.
4-5 وتُطبَّق أحكام المادتين 3-2 و 3-3 الواردة أعلاه إذا قام المشترك في مخطط المعاشات التقاعدية التابع لمنظمة حظر الأسلحة الكيميائية، عند انتهاء فترة الإجازة بدون مرتب، بوقف اشتراكه في مخطط المعاشات التقاعدية ومواصلة اشتراكه في صندوق المعاشات التقاعدية، ويقدم المشترك السابق في برنامج المعاشات التقاعدية التابع للمنظمة طلباً كتابياً بهذا المعنى في غضون سنة واحدة من انتهاء فترة الإجازة بدون مرتب.
