وعليه فان أي دولة تصبح طرفا في هذا البروتوكول ولكنها ليست طرفا في صك دولي آخر مشار اليه في هذا البروتوكول، لن تصبح خاضعة لأي حق أو التزام أو مسؤولية تترتب على ذلك الصك.

" Consuming member " means any country listed in annex B which becomes a Party to this Agreement, or any country not so listed which becomes a Party to this Agreement and which the Council, with the consent of that country, declares to be a consuming member;

37. A regional economic integration organization that becomes a Party to this Protocol pursuant to Article 24.1 shall include in its national communication information on the implementation of:
37- على كل منظمة تكامل اقتصادي إقليمية تصبح طرفاً في هذا البروتوكول بمقتضى المادة 24-1 أن تدرج في بلاغها الوطني معلومات عن تنفيذ ما يلي:

Treaty law must be distinguished from customary law; it is impossible to imagine that a State might modify, in its favour, customary international law as codified in the treaty to which it becomes a Party by formulating a reservation to that end.
وينبغي التمييز بين القانون التعاهدي والقانون العرفي. فمن المستحيل تصور أن يكون بوسع دولة أن تعدل لصالحها، من خلال صوغ تحفظ لهذا الغرض، القانون الدولي العرفي الذي دونته المعاهدة التي تصبح طرفا فيها.

Barbados intends to comply with the provisions of all relevant conventions to which it becomes a Party, and will enact the necessary enabling legislation, where relevant, to allow it to do so.
