It was suggested that the words " or the party on whose behalf that person was acting " should be deleted from paragraphs 1 (a), 1 (b) and 1 (c), since those words: (a) implied a reference to the law of agency or other similar doctrines, matters that were outside the scope of the draft convention; and (b) were in any event irrelevant for the qualification of the error as human error.
