Of equal concern to the Committee is the insufficient consideration of the principle of the best interests of the child in tackling situations of detention, institutionalization and abandonment of children, as well as in relation to the right of the child to testify in court.
وتشعر بنفس القدر من القلق إزاء عدم إيلاء اعتبار كاف لمبدأ مصالح الطفل الفضلى في معالجة حالات احتجاز اﻷطفال ووضعهم، في مؤسسات، وهجرهم، وفيما يتعلق بحق الطفل في الشهادة في المحكمة.

The Committee appreciates the efforts of the State party to increasingly incorporate the best interests of the child in national policies and programmes that affect children.
34- تنوه اللجنة مع التقدير بجهود الدولة الطرف من أجل تعزيز إدماج مصالح الطفل الفضلى في السياسات والبرامج الوطنية التي تؤثر على الأطفال.

The Committee urges the State party to ensure the integration of the principle of the best interests of the child in the Constitution.
31- تحث اللجنة الدولة الطرف على كفالة إدراج مبدأ مصالح الطفل الفضلى في الدستور.

29. The Committee notes that the State Party has introduced the principle of the best interests of the child in its legislation, in particular in the Family Code.
29- تلاحظ اللجنة أن الدولة الطرف اعتمدت مبدأ مصالح الطفل الفضلى في تشريعاتها، لا سيما في قانون الأسرة.

163. In light of article 21 of the Convention, the Committee is concerned at the lack of necessary safeguards to ensure the best interests of the child in cases of intercountry adoption.

151- وعلى ضوء المادة 21 من الاتفاقية، تشعر اللجنة بالقلق إزاء الافتقار إلى الضمانات الضرورية لضمان مصالح الطفل الفضلى في حالات التبني في بلد آخر.

Mr. Liwski also pointed out that international financial institutions should closely assess the impact of their policies on children and take into account national plans of action and the principle of best interests of the child in their decision-making at the national level.
وأشار السيد ليفسكي أيضاً إلى أن المؤسسات المالية الدولية ينبغي أن تقيّم عن كثب أثر سياساتها على الأطفال وأن تضع في الحسبان خطط العمل الوطنية ومبدأ المصالح الفضلى للطفل في سياق ما تتخذه من قرارات على الصعيد الوطني.

The Committee welcomes the efforts towards attaching more importance to the best interests of the child in decisions concerning children.
28- ترحب اللجنة بالجهود الرامية إلى إيلاء أهمية أكبر لمصالح الطفل الفضلى في اتخاذ القرارات التي تهم الأطفال.
