501 - أيّدت الجمعية العامة، في قرارها 56/266 المؤرخ 27 آذار/مارس 2002، إعلان وبرنامج عمل دوربان اللذين اعتمدهما المؤتمر العالمي لمكافحة العنصرية والتمييز العنصري وكره الأجانب وما يتصل بذلك من تعصب.

1. The Durban Declaration and Programme of Action adopted by the World Conference against Racism, Racial Discrimination, Xenophobia and Related Intolerance is an important document.
1 - يمثل إعلان وبرنامج عمل دربان، اللذان اعتمدهما المؤتمر العالمي لمكافحة العنصرية والتمييز العنصري وكره الأجانب وما يتصل بذلك من تعصب، وثيقة هامة.

(23) The Committee recommends that the State party take into account the relevant parts of the Durban Declaration and Programme of Action, adopted in September 2001 by the World Conference against Racism, Racial Discrimination, Xenophobia and Related Intolerance, when implementing the Convention in its domestic legal order, particularly as regards articles 2 to 7 of the Convention.
(23) وتوصي اللجنة الدولة الطرف بأن تأخذ في الاعتبار الأجزاء ذات الصلة من إعلان وبرنامج عمل ديربان، اللذين اعتمدهما مؤتمر ديربان العالمي لمكافحة العنصرية والتمييز العنصري وكره الأجانب وما يتصل بذلك من تعصب في شهر أيلول/سبتمبر 2001، عند نقلها الاتفاقية إلى نظامها القانوني المحلي، ولا سيما المواد من 2 إلى 7 من الاتفاقية.
