3. The Central Bank of Egypt has stated that the individuals and entities designated in the above-mentioned resolution hold no accounts or property in any Egyptian bank, other than two accounts that have been frozen, of which details are set forth below:
3 - أفاد البنك المركزي المصري بعدم وجود أرصدة أو أموال للأشخاص والكيانات الواردة أسماؤهم في قرار مجلس الأمن المذكور بشأن ليبيا في كافة البنوك المصرية باستثناء رصيدين تم تجميدهما وهما:

Egypt's rate of inflation, which registered 15.7 per cent in 1995, is estimated to have declined to 7.2 per cent; the budget deficit as a percentage of GDP has fallen to 1.2 per cent; foreign reserves available in the Central Bank of Egypt continued to increase in 1996 and were estimated to have reached close to $19 billion by the end of the year.
فمعدل التضخم في مصر، والذي سجل ٧,١٥ في المائة ١٩٩٥، قد انخفض حسب التقديرات إلى ٢,٧ في المائة؛ كما أن عجز الموازنة، كنسبة مئوية من الناتج المحلي الاجمالي، قد انخفض إلى ٢,١ في المائة؛ وواصل احتياطي العملات اﻷجنبية المتوفر لدى البنك المركزي المصري تزايده في عام ١٩٩٦ حتى اقترب كما تقول التقديرات من ١٩ مليار دولار في نهاية السنة.

He noted that new drug control legislation had been adopted in 1989, new legislation against money-laundering had been enacted in 1991 and 2002 and a unit for countering money-laundering had been established at the Central Bank of Egypt in 2002.
