35. The Executive Secretary ensured timely issuance of the reports on the sessions of the COP, the CMP, the AWG-LCA and AWG-KP, as well as compilation and publication on the UNFCCC website of information communicated by Parties in relation to the Cancun Agreements.
35- وكفلت الأمينة التنفيذية إصدار تقارير دورات مؤتمر الأطراف ومؤتمر الأطراف/اجتماع الأطراف وفريق العمل التعاوني وفريق الالتزامات الإضافية في الوقت المناسب، فضلاً عن تجميع المعلومات المقدمة من الأطراف فيما يتعلق باتفاقات كانكون ونشرها على موقع الاتفاقية في شبكة الإنترنت.

The Adaptation Committee, suggested several Parties, should play a role in collating, analysing and disseminating information related to the monitoring and evaluation of adaptation actions and support communicated by Parties, Convention bodies and programmes, and information provided by Parties in accordance with paragraph 33 of decision 1/CP.16, including through the following:
21- اقترح عدد من الأطراف أن تؤدي لجنة التكيف دوراً في تجميع وتحليل ونشر المعلومات المقدمة من الأطراف وهيئات الاتفاقية وبرامجها بخصوص رصد وتقييم إجراءات التكيف والدعم والمعلومات المقدمة من الأطراف وفقاً للفقرة 33 من المقرر 1/م أ-16، وذلك بطرق منها ما يلي:

(e) Considering information communicated by Parties on their monitoring and review of adaptation actions, support provided and received, possible needs and gaps and other relevant information, including information communicated under the Convention, with a view to recommending what further actions may be required, as appropriate;
(ﻫ) النظر في المعلومات المقدمة من الأطراف بشأن رصد واستعراض إجراءات التكيف، والدعم المقدم والمستلم، والمتطلبات والثغرات المحتملة وغير ذلك من المعلومات ذات الصلة، بما في ذلك المعلومات المقدمة بموجب الاتفاقية، بغية التوصية بالإجراءات الإضافية التي قد تكون مطلوبة، حسب الاقتضاء؛

23. Background: At SBI 24, some Parties proposed that, in accordance with Article 10, paragraph 2, of the Convention, the SBI consider the information communicated by Parties not included in Annex I to the Convention (non-Annex I Parties) in all of their national communications.
23- معلومات أساسية: اقترحت بعض الأطراف في الدورة الرابعة والعشرين للهيئة الفرعية، أن تنظر الهيئة، وفقاً للفقرة 2 من المادة 10، في المعلومات التي تقدمها الأطراف غير المدرجة في المرفق الأول في جميع بلاغاتها الوطنية.

Requestsed the secretariat to prepare a new working document on the basis of the submissions by Parties contained in documents ICCD/COP(4)/8, ICCD/COP(5)/8, and ICCD/COP(6)/7, the views communicated by Parties and interested institutions and organizations and an updated version of the annexes contained in ICCD/COP(4)/8 to reflect these views;
