In paragraph 49 of his report, the Secretary-General proposes that the civilian component of the Police Division be reduced by 331 national staff in 2014/15 through the abolishment of 209 posts of Language Assistant (national General Service) and the redeployment of 122 such posts to the Conference Management and Translation Section in the Office of the Deputy Director of Mission Support.
