8. Notwithstanding the continued calls from the Security Council and the Secretariat, the issuance of confirmations of arrival has been very slow and at times not forthcoming.
8 - ورغم النداءات المستمرة من مجلس الأمن والأمانة العامة، اتسم إصدار إقرارات الوصول بالبطء الشديد وعدم التحمس لإصدارها أحيانا.

19. The Government of Iraq acknowledged the Secretariat's position and indicated that it would expedite the issuance of such confirmations of arrival and the resolution of all outstanding issues.
