4-14 وفي ضوء ما تقدم، وبالنظر إلى أوجه التضارب والتناقض في أقوال صاحب الشكوى التي أفاد بها أمام سلطات الدولة الطرف والغموض الذي يكتنف عناصر رئيسية من روايته بخصوص إجراء اللجوء وإلى أنه قدم وثائق مزورة عن هويته، فلا يمكن الاستنتاج بأن صاحب البلاغ سيواجه خطر التعرض لمعاملة تتعارض مع أحكام الاتفاقية إن هو عاد إلى أوزبكستان.

2.11 The complainant submits that, contrary to the assessment made by the Federal Administrative Court, she has a well-founded fear of having been perceived and registered as a dissident activist by the Ethiopian authorities and she would face a real risk of being subjected to treatment contrary to the Convention if she were deported to Ethiopia, for the following reasons:

Nevertheless, it maintains that the complainant's allegation that she will be subjected to treatment contrary to the Convention fails to substantiate the claim for purposes of admissibility.
