13. ١٣ - وقالت إن الفقرة ٦ من مشروع القرار تطلب الى اﻷمين العام والى الدول اﻷعضاء أن يكفلوا منح موارد إضافية من الميزانية العادية لمركز حقوق اﻹنسان كي يتسنى له الاضطلاع بالكامل وفي حينه بجميع الولايات الواردة في إعلان وبرنامج عمل فيينا.
