3. After having received the report of the Secretary-General, the Commission shall determine, based on the evidence provided to it and taking into account the measures already taken by the contractor, which measures are necessary to respond effectively to the incident in order to prevent, contain and minimize the serious harm, and shall make its recommendations to the Council.
3 - تقرر اللجنة بعد تلقيها تقرير الأمين العام، مستندة إلى الأدلة الموفرة لها، وآخذة في الاعتبار التدابير التي سبق اتخذها المتعاقد، التدابير الضرورية للاستجابة بفعالية إزاء الحادث بغية منع الضرر الجسيم واحتوائه وتخفيفه إلى أقصى حد ممكن، وتقدم توصياتها إلى المجلس.

4. 4 - تقرر اللجنة بعد تلقيها تقرير الأمين العام، مستندة إلى الأدلة الموفرة لها، وآخذة في الاعتبار التدابير التي سبق أن اتخذها المتعاقد، التدابير الضرورية للتصدي بفعالية للحادث بغية اتقاء الضرر الجسيم بالبيئة البحرية أو خطر إلحاق ضرر جسيم بها واحتوائه وتخفيفه إلــى أقصى حـــد، وتقدم توصياتها إلى المجلس.

The Preparatory Committee, having received the report of the Bureau on its review of the applications for accreditation submitted by non-governmental organizations, decided to grant accreditation to non-governmental organizations as indicated below.
