45. Building on the outcome of the Conference, UNCTAD will continue to closely examine the most important trade and development challenges facing LDCs, with the objective of identifying alternative development policies and strategies as well as building consensus on the nature, scope and extent of international support measures in favour of these countries.

11. It was suggested that further work in UNCTAD to assist the least developed countries in this respect could focus both on identifying the opportunities for, and concretizing the special provisions in favour of these countries, as well as on devising appropriate government policies aimed at the creation of an " exporting community " which could take advantage of these opportunities.
١١- وأُشير إلى أن اﻷعمال اﻷخرى التي يمكن الاضطلاع بها في اﻷونكتاد لمساعدة أقل البلدان نمواً في هذا الصدد يمكن أن تركز على كل من تعيين الفرص المتاحة وترجمة اﻷحكام الخاصة المقررة لصالح هذه البلدان إلى عمل ملموس، وكذلك على استنباط سياسات حكومية ملائمة تهدف إلى إنشاء " مجتمع تصديري " يمكن أن يستفيد من هذه الفرص.

4. Notes with satisfaction that the level and share of technical cooperation expenditures for LDCs have increased, and requests bilateral and multilateral donors to continue to contribute to UNCTAD technical cooperation activities in favour of these countries commensurate with their needs and the priority assigned to them by member States in the UNCTAD X Plan of Action (TD/386);
