63. Under article 19, paragraph 2, of the Covenant, " everyone shall have the right to freedom of expression; this right shall include freedom to seek, receive and impart information and ideas of all kinds, regardless of frontiers, either orally, in writing or in print, in the form of art, or through any other media of his choice " .

Article 13 of the Convention guarantees the right to freedom of thought and expression, which includes the " freedom to seek, receive, and impart information and ideas of all kinds, regardless of frontiers, either orally, in writing, in print, in the form of art, or through any other medium of one's choice " .
67- وتكفل المادة 13 من الاتفاقية الحق في حرية الفكر والتعبير التي تشمل " الحق في البحث عن مختلف أنواع المعلومات والأفكار وتلقيها ونقلها إلى الآخرين، دونما اعتبار للحدود، سواء أكان ذلك شفهياً أو خطياً أو طباعةً أو في قالب فني أو بأي وسيلة يختارها الشخص " .

Also, article 19 of this international document establishes that everyone shall have the right to hold opinions without interference and the right to freedom of expression; this right shall include freedom to seek, receive and impart information and ideas of all kinds, regardless of frontiers, either orally, in writing or in print, in the form of art, or through any other media of his choice.
